How does the "more leads" guarantee work?
We are confident that LeadForms will increase your conversion rate, which is why we guarantee that you’ll either get more leads, or your money back.
If, within the first 60 days of signing up for Leadformly, you find that you’re not able to increase your leads just drop us an email and we’ll refund you.
Do I need to enter my credit card details to get started?
Yes – while your card won’t be charged anything for 14 days, we do require a valid credit or debit card to sign up.
Doing so helps us provide you with better support. As a small team, we want to be able to spend as much time helping our clients build LeadForms that’ll transform their business results. Unfortunately, this isn’t possible if we’re flooded with hundreds of sign ups who aren’t serious about using Leadformly.
We’re aware that this might be an inconvenience, but ultimately it helps us serve customers like you better.
What if I need a longer trial period?
If you need more than 14 days to trial Leadformly, you can message our team and we’ll be glad to extend it for you.
Can I cancel at any time?
There are no contracts or commitments with Leadformly, so you can cancel your account at any time.
What happens if I go over my monthly lead limit?
If you exceed your monthly lead limit we will reach out and kindly ask you to upgrade your account.
Most importantly, we will always continue to capture and store leads for you, so your LeadForms will always work for your visitors. Any leads over your monthly limit will simply be ‘locked’ until you upgrade your account.
What's counted as a lead?
A lead is a unique submission of a LeadForm.
Example: If you’ve built five LeadForms which each receive 100 submissions/month, that’ll be counted as 500 leads.
All LeadForms have a built-in invisible spam filter to prevent duplicate and spam leads from submitting your forms and using up your lead limit.
What if I don't know how many leads I currently receive?
To get started, you can always sign up on our lowest plan (which allows for a generous 250 leads/month).
After a month or so, you’ll know how many leads you’re receiving and if it’s above this limit, we’ll reach out to let you know to upgrade your account.
